HIT AND RUN LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

Case: Dan represented a young woman who fled the scene in Lake Worth after hitting a parked car in a parking lot.  The charge was for hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident. Afterwards, she was nervous and did not know what to do.  Fortunately, she hired us and we quickly spoke to the state attorney's office.
